Shipments to Italy, San Marino and the Vatican City Vaticano will be shipped via BARTOLINI courier, the cost is 25,00 € and the shipping is insured.

Shipment is free if the customer makes an order of at least 1.500,00 €.

Shipments destined for countries inside the European Union contain the invoice and the documentation required by the law declaring the value of the merchandise.

All shipments destined for countries outside the European Union, as required by Customs regulations, are accompanied by an invoice declaring the value of the merchandise.

Shipments for countries outside the European Union is 50,00 €. The shipping is insured and the courier may vay depending on the country where the products will be delivered.

Shipment for countries outside the European Union is free when the customer makes an order of at least 2.500,00 euro.

EN.ANTONICELLISHOP.IT ships worldwide with the following timing.

AVAILABLE ITEMS:

Items that are already available will be dispatched in 1-2 business days (Monday-Friday) following order completion. During sales or special promotions, processing times may be longer.

PRE-ORDERED ITEMS:

Pre-Ordered items will be shipped as soon as they are received in our warehouse. The full price will be deducted the same day in which the order is placed, despite the postponed shipment date.

We remind first-time Clients that EN.ANTONICELLISHOP.IT can request the Bank or PayPal to double check the transaction and the account information. This verification process will delay immediate shipping.

EN.ANTONICELLISHOP.IT cannot be held responsible for delays in shipments caused by weather conditions, international customs issues or any other circumstances beyond the control of EN.ANTONICELLISHOP.IT

Please note, couriers do not make deliveries or pick-ups on the following Italian holidays:

When the order is sent, the customer will receive an email from EN.ANTONICELLISHOP.IT with the tracking number.

In case of delay due to the custom offices, our clients will be informed by the courirer or by our customer service.

Upon delivery of every order, clients are asked to inspect the box carefully BEFORE signing for the delivery. EN.ANTONICELLISHOP.IT packages are carefully sealed in transparent plastic with a EN.ANTONICELLISHOP.IT logo printed tape around the sides of the box.

If for any reason the box looks tampered with, either sign for the package with reservations or refuse the package. In the event that the box has been signed for with an unauthorized signature or there is evidence that the package has been tampered with, open a claim immediately with the courier and contact EN.ANTONICELLISHOP.IT at info@antonicellishop.it

If the package is damaged or if an item is missing from inside, the packaging must be kept for further verification.

Any claim regarding damages, missing merchandise and/or delivery to the wrong address, must be received by EN.ANTONICELLISHOP.IT within 10 days from the order’s delivery date on the carrier’s website, otherwise the claim will not be accepted.

If the package is not successfully delivered to the Client’s address due to a lack of cooperation from the Client (wrong telephone number, wrong address, absent at address, non-compliance with import regulations) as per the EN.ANTONICELLISHOP.IT commercial agreement, the package may risk being sent back to Italy at the Client’s expense including any import fees that may be assessed upon re-entry to Italy. These fees will be deducted from any eventual reimbursement.

EN.ANTONICELLISHOP.IT shipments are insured against theft and accidental damage at no additional cost to the Client. Once the shipment reaches the destination, the goods are no longer insured.

RETURNS

If for any reason Clients are not satisfied with an order, the items can be returned for Size/Color Exchange, Store Credit or Refund within 28 days of the order’s delivery date.

The Security Tag must still be intact and attached to returned items.

The return shipment is FREE when shipped using the courier provided by EN.ANTONICELLISHOP.IT. If the return package is shipped using a different courier than the one provided, all consequent costs will be the Client’s responsibility. Returns must be shipped within 15 days of the order’s delivery date.

Three Types of Returns

  1. Size Exchange
    Items can be exchanged only when a different size of the same Item Code is available. The new item will be eligible for return through the same return procedure.
  2. Store Credit
    As soon as the return has been processed, the Client will receive a code for the total value of the returned items. The code may be used on the next order placed on EN.ANTONICELLISHOP.IT. If Express Shipment was added and paid for during checkout by the Client, it will not be included in the Store Credit amount. If Express Shipment was included free of charge the Store Credit amount will not be effected.Store Credit:

    • can be used one time only within three months of the return;
    • is not cumulative with other Store Credits;
    • must be used in its entirety on an order that is either equal to or greater than the value of the Store Credit.
  3. Refund
    Refunds will be processed as soon as returned items have been checked and accepted by EN.ANTONICELLISHOP.IT
    For orders paid by Credit Card, the refunded amount will be available to Clients in roughly 10 days and within their next billing statement. Processing time may vary depending on the Credit Card Company.
    Orders paid by PayPal or by Bank Wire Transfer will be refunded to the original account.
    Refunds will be issued in the same currency as the original purchase. Any differences in the amount refunded are due to exchange rate fluctuations and will not be reimbursed.
    If Express Shipment was added and paid for during checkout by the Client, it will not be included in the Refund amount. If Express Shipment was included free of charge the Refund amount will not be effected.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Return Terms & Conditions

    • The Security Tag must still be intact and attached to returned items. Items must not have been worn, washed or altered in any way, and must not show any signs of use. Soles of footwear must be in perfect condition and must not be marked in any way.
    • Items must be returned with all original labels and tags still attached, packaging and other accessories (dust bags, hangers, garment covers etc.) received with the order.
    • Returns must be packaged in the EN.ANTONICELLISHOP.IT box.
    • In the case of defective or incorrect merchandise, Clients must follow the instructions above. EN.ANTONICELLISHOP.IT reserves the right to request photographic support regarding defective or incorrect merchandise before authorizing a return for full reimbursement of shipping and import fees.
    • Pickups for all authorized returns with EN.ANTONICELLISHOP.IT’s courier account numbers must originate from the same country of the original shipment.
    • In the case that the return shipment requires pickup or the payment of any added fees, EN.ANTONICELLISHOP.IT reserves the right to refuse returns sent with a different courier than specified in the confirmation email.
    • EN.ANTONICELLISHOP.IT reserves the right to refuse returns that are unauthorized and/or not sent in accordance with the Return Policy detailed on the website. In the case of unauthorized or non-standard returns, the merchandise will be returned to the shipping address specified in the original order. If an unauthorized return is accepted, EN.ANTONICELLISHOP.IT will deduct a 10% administrative/re-stocking fee from the refund.

For any issue not explicitly mentioned, the European normative for long-distance commerce prevails.
